Most programs like these have a CSV export option. We will work with your data tech to export your data into a CSV format that we can use.
What do you do to clean up my data?
Common problems involve replacing unusable characters. Occasionally people use the letter "l" in place of the number "1" (one). While nearly indistinguishable to humans, computers see them as different characters. Our programming replaces 1s, Os and os found in numerical fields accordingly. It also replaces other characters that cause problems or security risks to the system.
How do you handle information that is kept on paper?
Paper records must be keyed into the system. Since this information is often hand written, it is best keyed in by someone on your staff. If a contract clerk is to be used for this purpose, special data insert forms will be created to eliminate such contract people from having access to your system.
